Two observations. 

1:  That exit wound is too clean.  I should have made it bloodier.

2: I wanted Kylie to shoot the actual manacle, not the lock.  Or perhaps for her to wrap the chain around a part of the chair and shoot it.  Both of these would have been more accurate and realistic ways for her to shoot off the cuffs.  However, I could not come up with a way to draw it in a way that would be both understandable and visually interesting, and after losing heart in my ability to do so I wussed out and drew it like it is above.  Sorry. Still gets the point across though.
